How to order

1.  Shopping cart
Select the products you want to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will put your selection in the cart. You can change this selection at any time until submitting your order by changing the number of products, deleting the selection or canceling the order by clicking the "Remove" box. By clicking on the button "Checkout" you will get to the next order step.

2. Checkout
Please log in with your eMail address and password or choose a Guest checkout. Your data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the data protection regulations (data protection notice). Any other use or disclosure to third parties does not occur. Now you can now select the shipping method. By clicking the button "Next" you will get to the next order step.

3. Check billing address / select method of payment
Now check your billing address and enter your desired method of payment. By clicking the button "Next" you will get to the next order step.

4. Check shipping address
Now check your shipping address and enter your preferred shipping method. By clicking the button "Next" you will get to the next order step.

5. Complete the order process / Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy
You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Please check if all information is correct and read carefully the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy (checkmark). By clicking the button "buy now" you send us your order. Hereby you make a legally binding offer.

Payments in advance / bank transfer
When ordering in advance, you will receive an order confirmation after your order as an e-mail with the invoice amount to be transferred and our bank details. Please enter the invoice number as the intended purpose for the transfer.
The invoice amount is to be paid in full immediately. Your order will be reserved until receipt of your payment. Please understand that we can not keep your goods indefinitely. After a period of 14 days we have to cancel your order.

Pay with PayPal
In the shop, you simply use Paypal by selecting it as your form of payment during your order process. If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will automatically be redirected to the paypal.de page during your order, where you can make the payment. The debit of your PayPal account takes place upon completion of the order.
Prerequisite for the payment with PayPal is a PayPal account.

Forwarding: Shipping to Germany and Austria
For pallet shipping of large and bulky goods, such as Aquariums, we ship with forwarding agency of our choice:
Please check on delivery of the goods, whether this has damage. Subsequent complaints can not be accepted. It is delivered by default to the property boundary. Please ensure that the goods can be received at the agreed time accordingly. A transport to the apartment can not be offered. This has insurance reasons.

Cancellation/Withdrawal:
You can revoke your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (for example, letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the case before the deadline - by returning the goods.
The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods at the recipient (in the case of recurrent delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first part delivery) and not before fulfillment of our information obligations under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBGB.
